An original and powerful new piece of missing memoirs.

Immaculate is based on the true story of Louise’s search for understanding about the life of her uncle Anthony, who tragically died in the early 90s.
The research took Louise on an immense journey of joy, elation and sorrow as revelations about Anthony’s past highlighted the deeply conservative attitudes about gay men living in London during the time of the HIV and Aids epidemic.
This journey to find Anthony’s truth led Louise further into understanding the mystery and shame of so many gay men at the time, who sometimes vanished into the periphery of society.

Immaculate is determined to reclaim Anthony’s life, giving him the justice he deserves and celebrating those who were forced to hide in the shadows of our society.
